The XO Cairo Rotary Forged wheel is one of their most wild wheel designs to date. Concave split 5-spoke monoblock wheels are quite common in the aftermarket rim industry. The Cairo wheel stands apart from the crowd with 3D spoke elements including milling, contouring, pocketing, and scalloping. To show off the complex design elements of the XO Luxury Cairo, both standard finishes of the wheel include multi-stage finishing on the face of the wheel. The Carbon Graphite finish uses a matte black base finish which is then accented by a machined face that is clear coated by a dark tint. The Bronze w/ Brushed Bronze Face finish uses a matte bronze base finish which is accented by a hand brushed bronze on the face of the wheel. The Cairo Rotary Forged® Wheel is manufactured using a highly advanced production technique called Rotary Forging. The rim of the wheels is forged at high pressure while the wheel is spun at high speed. This alters the molecular structure and enhances the strength of the alloy. The benefit is a much lighter weight than a regular cast wheel. Most importantly, the weight saving is in the outer rim of the wheel which dramatically reduces rotational mass and enhances vehicle performance.
