Shipping and Returns

Here at USD Wheels we do both direct shipping and drop shipping. Products are shipped with either UPS or FedEx.

Damaged Product

If a product arrives to you damaged or with missing parts please refer to the list below. Notify us here at USD Wheels within 72 hours upon arrival.

  • Please take photos of the damaged item and send it to sales@usdwheels.com
  • Once an email is received we will contact the shipper if a scheduled pick up is needed.
  • A return approval is needed before you send any product back for return.
  • The product must have the box and original packaging.

Your shipment may be denied if steps are not followed. No returns will be accepted if product was installed, mounted or modified.

Once we receive the product at USD Wheels and it has been checked a replacement will be sent.

Returns

If a product that you order is not wanted or used it can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. Product must be reported within 30 days, in original packaging, and in brand new condition. No item will be returnable after 30 days. Most products require signature to be released if you are unable to sign for package FedEx or UPS have pick up locations. If a package is returned to USD Wheels from Shipper (FedEx or UPS) you are responsible for return shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to the account on file.

If there is an error with your order CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will review the situation before any returns are done. After reviewing and determining we committed an error on your transaction we will arrange for the product to be sent back to us and we will ship out the correct product.
